Newport News Industrial Corporation (NNI), part of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is celebrating its 50th year offering commercial and DoE nuclear fabrication and equipment repair services. NNI carries many ASME certificates of authorization and accreditation supporting Sections III, VIII and IX, power generation (nuclear & fossil) industries as well as government customers such as NASA, National Laboratories and other Department of Energy installations. Currently, NNI is a key supplier to the AP1000 new-builds in GA and SC for shield building modules; delivering over 600 15+ ton modules by mid-2018.
