ETEBA has partnered with E4 Carolinas to provide ETEBA members a discount when attending the E4 Carolinas Leadership Development Programs. Please note that there are various dates, costs, and times for each program. Registration for all programs will remain open for ETEBA members through January 20, 2017.
Graduates have remarked, “The E4 Carolinas program was transformational, providing a leadership development experience, rather than leadership training. It focused on people and behavior, plus provided learning across the energy industry”. And, you may read one team’s detailed assessment of the program.
Emerging Leaders (E4E) has a broad energy focus while Leadership Energy Carolinas (LEC) is nuclear focused. These are yearlong programs with E4E meeting in six 2 ½ day sessions in various Carolina “energy cities” and LEC meeting five times in four cities. Both programs combine:
- Personal leadership development delivered by LeadAdvantage;
- Experiential learning on site from the Carolinas’ premier energy companies; and
- Network building during 2017 and thereafter as part of the 300+ strong Leadership Energy Alumni Network.
A leadership program application and more information can be found at https://eteba.org/wp-content/uploads/2017-Leadership-Energy-Carolinas-Program-Flyer.pdf. Cost for ETEBA members to attend is $4,100/person (nuclear energy focus – 5 meetings/year)
An Emerging Leaders (E4E) application and more information is available at https://eteba.org/wp-content/uploads/2017-E4E-Program-Description.pdf. Cost for ETEBA members to attend is $4,400/person (broad energy focus – 6 meetings/year)

*These programs are being offered to ETEBA members at a discount to the standard E4Carolinas non-member rate, and ETEBA is passing these discounted rates on to our members. These courses appear to be well-received by professionals who have completed the training, but it is important to note that ETEBA is neither endorsing these programs nor assessing their value relative to other similar courses. We are simply passing on the discounted non-member rate that E4Carolinas has offered our members.
