The Eastern Chapter offers a choice of many events and activities, through which members can connect with local business and government officials, get timely information about business opportunities and give back to the local community. The Eastern Chapter is active through numerous committees and holds regular membership meetings. Monthly dinner and/or lunch membership meetings, the fourth Thursday of each month are held at either Knoxville or Oak Ridge venues. A wide range of guest speakers are invited to speak on topics and federal procurement opportunities of interest to ETEBA members. The event begins with time to network. A nominal fee is charged to cover the expenses of the event.
The Chapter’s annual charity events include the ETEBA Scholarship Golf Tournament, which provides scholarships to area high school seniors and is held in conjunction with the ETEBA Annual Business Opportunities Conference, and the ETEBA Holiday Event, which collects donations for the local food bank and raises money to help needy local families.
