Government Property Oversight Manager to work
out of our Reston, VA office and provide oversight
of government property compliance throughout the
metro area. The selected individual will
play a central role in ensuring engagements are in
compliance with applicable contractual terms and
regulatory requirements for control of government
property.
The Government Property Oversight Manager will
support the U.S. Health & Public Services Federal
Client Service Group (FCSG) in all areas related to
compliance with regulatory requirements for control
of government property. This individual will play a
central role in ensuring engagements are in
compliance with applicable contractual terms and
regulatory requirements for control of government
property.
Performs on-site contract reviews; uses results to
assist in creation of Federal Client Group
practices, procedures and/or training. Acts as FCSG
liaison to internal and external auditors for
government property matters. This role will report
to the Senior Compliance Manager for the Federal
Services Group and may supervise junior compliance
personnel.
Responsibilities:

Prepares and disseminates information to the
FCSG on government property compliance matters

Oversees the operation of the government
property control system on a variety of Federal
contracts to verify accountability of Government
assets in accordance with corporate policy,
government regulations, and customer
requirements

control system compliance matters

Stays abreast of, disseminates, and provides
analysis and recommendations for compliance
with, emerging Federal policies, rules,
regulations and directives on government

Summary
The Director, Engineering & Maintenance will apply
professional knowledge and skills to civil,
mechanical and electrical engineering projects at
the WCS West Texas site and provides oversight
management of the Maintenance Department.
Assignments are broad in scope and require the use

technical decisions of considerable difficulty.
Examples of projects include the design and
construction of roads, storm water control, rail
line expansion and facility modifications. Projects
encompass multiple disciplines, such as civil,

reviews studies and design work performed by outside
