*All booth representatives over the number included with exhibit/sponsorship must pay the conference registration fee; a reduced rate is made available to accommodate multiple exhibit staff. As a conference attendee exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference meetings and networking functions.

The event will be held at the Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The site is located just 20 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and within one mile of Knoxville's Historic District, the renovated World's Fair Site, wonderful museums and restaurants, and the University of Tennessee. Plan to spend extra time at nearby Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge outlet shopping, or Dollywood Amusement Park. Additional information about Knoxville is available at www.knoxville.org.

Knoxville and Oak Ridge are served by Knoxville's McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). The airport web site has links to schedules and carriers. The meeting venue is about 20 miles (30-minute drive) from the airport.  Limo service is available through Executive Sedans and Limos.  Reservation requests must be made in advance (1-800-432-7923, 865-671-2509; fax to 865-966-0632, or email to limosofknoxville@netzero.com).  Approximate 1-way fare to the Knoxville is $30 for 1person, and $20 for 2-4 persons.  There are also several car rental companies at the McGhee Tyson Airport, as well as taxi service. The Knoxville Convention Center is located in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, off Interstate 40. http://www.knoxvilleconventioncenter.com/directions/directions.php.

 A slide show highlighting all sponsors will be shown between sessions during the conference.

Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement

1.       Exhibitors agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement when purchasing booth space.

2.       Sponsor and Exhibit fees must be received by ETEBA within 30 days of reservation to hold booth space; fees not paid by the due date are subject to release of exhibit space.

3.       Two receptions and numerous breaks provide networking time for exhibitors and sponsors.

4.       Breakfasts, breaks, lunch and receptions will be set up in the exhibit hall.

5.       Vendor drawings will be held during the exhibitor reception.

6.       All booth representatives over the number included with exhibit/sponsorship must pay the conference registration fee; a reduced rate is made available to accommodate multiple exhibit staff. As a conference attendee exhibitors are invited to participate in all conference meetings and networking functions. It is not mandatory to have a representative at your display at all times.

7.       All exhibit spaces include a 6’ draped table, two chairs, one wastebasket, registrations for two attendees.

8.       Sponsors and Exhibitors receive six (6) guest passes to tour the exhibit hall on Wednesday, November 10 from 9-11 a.m.

9.       Refunds on exhibit space will be issued, if requested in writing, before October 1, 2010. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds requested after October 1 will not be honored.

10.   Electrical, Internet Access, Communications and Telephone service must be ordered from the Knoxville Convention Center. Order forms will be forwarded to the Administrative Contact after payment has been received by ETEBA.

11.   Additional equipment and furnishings may be ordered from Shepard Exposition Services, P.O. Box 2543, Knoxville, TN 37901; Phone 865.251.6016; Fax 865.251.6088.

12.   All exhibits/supplies to be shipped to the Knoxville Convention Center should be sent to the attention of the service contractor, Shepard Exposition Services.

13.   Exhibitor agrees not to dismantle their booth or do any packing before the official breakdown time, which is 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010.
